Quest Research Services in a strategic partnership with Nielsen SA will be conducting a study within SADC (Southern African Development Countries) for a major FMCG company. This study will be a behavioral and attitudinal research of shopping habits across Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Angola. It will also assess the impact of in-store execution on purchase decision making and volumes purchased. This study will be enacted on the full spectrum of retail encompassing Informal traders, e.g. spaza shops, street vendors etc.  to larger modern  forms, e.g.  multinational retail super stores.
